1. We meet our customers at our site (205 S. Evergreen Rd, Spokane Valley, WA) for rental appointments.

2. All units must be currently licensed, insured and operable. Please bring current registration and proof of insurance.

3. Monthly rental based on the overall, measured length, of the unit.

4. Your minimum initial payment, of rent, will cover the prorated (per diem) balance of the first month plus one full month rent.

5. We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks and cash. Automatic monthly credit card processing available. There is no security deposit.

6. You will be issued your own gate code for convenient access to your stored unit.
